All live Readings are delivered during a live unless otherwise is specified. All live readings can be emailed upon request of the client. Live readings cannot be scheduled, they can be ordered live or via email for an email delivery. All email readings take 4 business days for delivery. All phone readings are scheduled on a calendar.

Due to volume, if you are in need of services the best option is to get a consultation so your situation can be discussed and a solution can be given.

Each rituals takes a different amount of time to do. Rituals times range from 1- 7 days. More potent rituals may require 2 consecutive weeks of work. 

Voodoo means Spirit. It originated in Africa and is used primarily to serve Spirit [the LWA]. Voodoo combines ritual, possession and divination to connect people to their spiritual power primarily and bring the changes that they are asking for. Rootwork is the use to the Earth's elements [herbs, crystals, essences] to change an energetic condition. Hoodoo originated in the United States where Ancestors were forced to adapt. 

A consultation is recommended to discuss what Rootwork is needed. This consultation can be done via email or phone call. 

Unless you are getting a birth chart reading, I do NOT need any information other than your first name. I do not need your last name, I do not need your zodiac sign, I do not need any information about your situation. A reading is me contacting Spirit on your behalf and giving you their message; all other information given compromises the reading. Do not send me any information about yourself other than your first name. 

The readings with the "Live" label in my store mean that the reading can be done during one of my live sessions on one of my social media platforms. You can either receive your reading during the live, or receive the live Reading written via email. Once your reading is done, you will be sent an email confirming that your reading was completed. This email will include the date of the live session and your order number. If you would like your live Reading via email, please send your order number and request to [email protected]. All live readings have a 4 business day delivery window. 

1. You place an order on my website, you will get an order confirmation email with a 5 digit order number
2. If you order during one of my live sessions, you can elect to receive the reading during the live. Or you can email [email protected] to receive your order written via email
3. If you receive your reading during a live session, you will receive an email from [email protected] with your order number and a message confirming that your reading has been completed after you received it in the live 
4. If you elect to receive your reading via email, it will be delivered within 4 business days
RULES: If you request your live reading to be private, email is the only communication option. If you would like to speak via phone you need to book a phone Reading appointment.

To receive communication from me regarding your order, you must provide an email address. When you order Rootwork, you must submit any photos and names to [email protected]. When you order a reading, when filling out the order form you must provide an email address so you can be sent your reading confirmation once your reading is finished. 

When submitting your order, the email you provided will be used to contact you with an overview of the ritual, the meaning of the ritual and how long it will take. Once you are sent this email, your ritual is started. You can assume that your ritual is completed by the end of the window given to you in the email you are sent [for example, if you are told it will take 48 hours to complete your ritual you can assume it is completed 48 hours from the email sent]. You will be notified once your ritual is completed.
